Explore and reflect on your coaching practice in a new virtual supervision group.

What coach am I?

From January 2021, I’m starting a new virtual coaching supervision group for 4 professional coaches. We’ll be exploring and reflecting on different aspects of your coaching practice and professional development.

Themes that may arise for Coachs:

What can I learn about myself from being in the group that might inform what is happening in my client system?

How can I connect what is happening in the client organization with the behaviors and practice of my coachee?

What is the coaching/ development edge that I need to explore for myself?

Sometimes we’ll draw on what is happening in the group to inform us about your clients and the systems they are working in. We’ll explore recurring themes, give and receive feedback around your client issues and your own personal presence. The group will enable you to recharge your batteries in a supportive, kind and creative learning environment we co-create.
